3 Tips For Hurricane Season

A couple tips for Real Estate investors thats in the path of Hurricane Laura as it heads closer towards the boards of Texas and Louisiana.

1. Be safe – safety should be your #1 priority. It doesn’t matter how much money, houses or cars you have if you are not here to enjoy it. So evacuate and get the a safe area if you can.

2. Protect Your Property – Make sure you properly secure all your investment properties whether rentals(occupied or vacant), commercial or current flip project. Board up up the windows and if in a flood zone you get a few sand bags to protect your property from as much damage as possible.

3. Verify Your Insurance – Make sure your properties are well insured to cover you against any losses.
